The Scottish Government wishes to contract an appropriate external organisation, through open competition, to administer a new Access to Childcare Fund ("the Fund"). The Fund will be granted to existing organisations to test models of school age childcare (out of school care) and activities which directly reduce the cost of living for low income families and improve outcomes for children (by providing subsidised or low cost childcare for school aged children).
