The provision of external audit service for Viewpoint Housing Association Limited and smaller sister organisation Viewpoint Trust for three years (with possible extension of further two years) covering the audits for the years ended 31 March 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Lot 1
The primary role of the external auditors is to report on the financial statements of the organisations, carrying out whatever examination of the statements and underlying records and control systems is necessary to form an opinion on the statements. The auditors would also be required to prepare such other reports as the Association (and its sister organisation), its regulatory agencies and its lenders required.
Renewal: Following the expiry of the initial three year period there may be a maximum extension of two years on a year by year basis.
