Lot Information
Lot 1
The works comprise the maintenance of the existing gutters to the tenemental properties and developments detailed within the pricing schedule. The works shall include gutter cleaning and the carrying out of minor repairs in accordance with the Employers Specification. Other Repair Works identified during inspection should be reported, costed and approval sought in accordance with the Employers Specification, prior to any further works being carried out.
