Through this contract, evaluators will have access to a range of resources, including but not limited to: - members of the Advisory Group and Trust staff; - outputs completed by the Group (e.g. presentations, consultation responses); - evaluation responses from a sample of Aspirational Awards awardees; - key stakeholders. We expect all bidders to develop a methodology and delivery plan that makes good use of the available resources. In terms of outputs, as a minimum we expect the successful bidder to produce: - a film documenting the role and impact of the Advisory Group - 2 reports (one interim report and a final report) Bids from organisations with a staff team experienced in both aspects of this work, or from a collaboration of organisations who can combine their evaluation and film making expertise will be welcomed.",
