Glasgow Life are seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified supplier (the 'Supplier') to provide the services required to plan and deliver Sport Presentation for the LGT World Men's Curling Championship 2020 (the 'Championship'). In general terms, Sport Presentation aims to educate, entertain and inspire the in-venue audience at the venue and at the same time contribute to the creation of a Championship environment that enhances the experience of all Key Client Groups, in particular athletes, officials and spectators. The Supplier is responsible for implementing an agreed and endorsed creative theme at the venue including production of specific video board content, sport announcements and commentary, in-venue music, agreed lighting, special effects (e.g. pyrotechnics) and entertainment (including interaction and the deployment of the Mascot). In addition, the Supplier will also stage manage the delivery of the single Medal Ceremony including the coordination of flags, the anthem and the presentation party in accordance with an agreed protocol.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 8 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016
