To provide parents/carers with the required flexibility and choice in relation to Funding follows the Child published by the Scottish government on 18th December 2018, West Lothian Council intend holding a Supplier Event to describe forthcoming procurement arrangements.

The Scottish Government and West Lothian Council are committed to additional investment in early leaning and childcare to increase the funded element from 600 to 1140 hours per year from August 2020. This applies to all 3 and 4 year old as well as eligible 2 year old's. To learn more about this procurement opportunity suppliers are invited to attend a Supplier Information Event at Howden Park Centre, Livingston on 24th January 2020 at 10:00am. Those interested in attending should confirm by notifying the Corporate Procurement Unit - CPU@westlothian.gov.uk..
