The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work and set out responsibilities for H&S management at all levels within the organisation. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of your operations and set out your company's responsibilities of health and safety management and compliance with legislation. - Bidders will be asked to submit the following forms at Stage 2 - ITT: Form of Tender; Freedom of Information; Bona Fide Tender; Parent Company Guarantee; and Supply Chain Code of Conduct. These forms will not be scored. - Bidders must confirm that they comply with Modern Slavery Act 2015. - Where the capability & capacity of a subcontractor, memebers of a consortia or any other body will be relied on, separate ESPD(s) are required from each of those other parties relied on. - Where subcontractors are to be used but their capability are not relied on, the University may choose to request separate ESPD(s). - The University may require an undertaking that the Tenderer's parent company will meet all their obligations under the Contract should the Tenderer fail to do so. The Parent Company Guarantee is only to be completed if the organisation is a private or public company and the Tenderer is a subsidiary company. A completed Parent Company Guarantee may also be required for any subsidiary company members from a consortium. Tenderers may be asked to complete and submit iprior to contract award in Stage 2 - ITT. - The University may require the successful Tenderer to provide a bank guarantee or performance bond to protect against significant upfront payment. - All Bidders will be required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement in Stage 1 - Selection Stage.
