2x Technical Business Analyst based in Glasgow with a strong Cloud / AWS Infrastructure technical background who will be responsible for facilitating, identifying and gathering business and technical requirements within a fast paced hosting project. The Technical Business Analyst will work within an Agile team, delivering requirements into change projects.- Expected to SME (subject matter expert) for AWS technical capabilities & architecture.- Good understanding of Cloud Fundamentals including AWS-EC2, S3, Simple DB, ELB Elastic Load Balancers well as concepts related PaaS, SaaS & IaaS.- Proven ability to understand Cloud Infrastructure Architecture and Component Design and translate it into technical requirements for Cloud Engineers.- Intermediate to Expert level of knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.- Ability to deal with ambiguity.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused, detail driven, and professional demeanour.
