Scottish Enterprise (SE) has awarded a Framework Agreement to 4 suppliers. The Framework will run for a 12 month period (with Scottish Enterprise having the option to extend for a further 3 month period), to deliver Leadership and Confidence Masterclasses for Women. The framework will comprise of 4 geographical lots, and each lot will operate as a single supplier lot: Lot 1 - North East of Scotland Lot 2 - East of Scotland Lot 3 - West of Scotland Lot 4 - South of Scotland

North East of Scotland

Principally Women is a new programme developed by Scottish Enterprise following a successful pilot in 2018. It is tailored to the needs of senior women business leaders in growth companies, and provides personalised development delivered within a small group setting. The programme consists of integrated workshops, coaching and mentoring and will be delivered across SE's operational areas, making this a national programme available to companies across Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands Enterprise). It is expected the successful supplier(s) will deliver; 1. 8 full day workshops over 6 months. 2. a personal action plan with participants at the outset to track personal and company growth. 3. one to one female coaches and mentors. 4. opportunities for peer to peer learning as a functional element. 5. delegate management and communications from application to completion of the programme 6. a mid-point and post-event evaluation (questionnaire). 7. marketing and promotion of the programme through their own channels. 8. Source (c4-6 participants per cohort) of the applicants.

Renewal: After the initial 12 month period, Scottish Enterprise has the option to extend the framework for a 3 month period.

East of Scotland
