Lot Information
Lot 1
Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to include Voids offering 365 days 24/7 maintenance service to the housing stock within Muirhouse HA remit.
Renewal: The MTC will be for a period of 3 years and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Muirhouse HA discretion.
