The Council is looking for a Financial Management System which is modern, secure, robust, and flexible enough to support its broad range of business operations.

The Council is looking for a Financial Management System which is modern, secure, robust, and flexible enough to support its broad range of business operations. Strong interface support will be a key requirement to facilitate both import and export of data, via both system interfaces and in batches, with wider Council systems such as: PECOS for Procurement, Tranman for Fleet Management, Total Mobile for Roads Costings, etc. There is an expectation that the chosen system will support the Scottish regulatory and legislative framework and be GDPR compliant. A key feature of any system will be an excellent, easy to use, report writing and interrogation tool with the ability to extract information directly into Microsoft Excel.. As part of the development process for a procurement strategy for a Financial Management System, Argyll and Bute Council is seeking views and information from the market place in connection with the areas set out in this Request for Supplier Information (RFI).
