References should be completed and signed by previous customers for contracts of a similar nature, value scope and size. Completed reference templates must be uploaded into the general attachments area of the qualification envelope. If any of the referees score the bidder less than 2 the bidder will be excluded from the tender process.\" a) Bidders will be required to confirm that they and/or the service provider have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: The Contractor shall appoint an approved, qualified and experienced person directly employed or subcontracted to undertake pre-commissioning and commissioning of the work. The works shall be supervised by a Level 2 Certified Technician in accordance with ISO15257:2017 provided the Level 4 Cathodic Protection Specialist provides instruction and ongoing advice. All work relating to the installation, testing, commissioning and operation of the hybrid CP system in accordance with ISO 12696:2016 shall be supervised and signed off by a cathodic protection specialist employed by the Contractor or Sub-Contractor certified to Level 4 Cathodic Protection for Reinforced Concrete Structures in accordance with ISO 15257:2017.
