    "description": "The entire funding for the project is not yet in place. This depends on the availability of funding from public agencies. The position on this is not yet clear. The award date for the contract is dependent on this funding and might be deferred or postponed to a later date. An effective soundproof floor covering for the upper floor is essential and a working/location or example of this will require to be demonstrated prior to the award of the contract. The total available power input to the box upstairs and downstairs is 100 Amp. Any tender document will need to take this into account to provide appropriate electrical appliances to ensure total usage for the box is within 100A. The existing fire alarm control panel will need to to be moved to allow separate access for occupants on the ground and first floors.(The installer of the existing alarm system can be contacted for advice) The switch for lighting to the external steps to the access gate will need to be available separately to the occupants om the ground and first floors. A connection can be made to the existing new water supply downstairs and also the existing sewerage collection chamber via an existing vent pipe behind the box. All complying with the Scottish Water specifications.
