This Exemption is required for the Critical Arc Safezone and Emergency Response Solution Critical Arc Safezone is a suite of tools that can be used to enhance security services across and outwith University campuses for all staff and students that opt-in to the service. This is the only product of it's kind that wraps up a number of security and personal safety applications into a single solution set. Direct award made to comply with the reformed EU Public Procurement Directive regulations for single source requirements. Reference: The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 - Regulation 6 Internal Procurement Policy Exception Form completed. Internal PPE Ref 5170
