Lot 1
The supply and distribution of pasteurised whole milk, semi-skimmed milk and associated products Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks of the year to Glasgow City Council Service Areas/ALEOs including but not limited to Nurseries, Schools, Cooking Hubs including Cook Freeze, Elderly Residential & Day Care Centres, Training Centres, Encore Hospitality Services, Glasgow Life and Social Work as required. Products must meet the Schools (Health Promotion & Nutrition) (Scotland) Act 2007 and the Nutritional Requirements to Food & Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulation 2008.. Economic operators may be excluded from this project if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
