The requirement is for a contract to undertake grounds maintenance to open spaces and tenanted gardens within grounds owned and managed by Huntershall Housing Co-op. The period will be for two years. It is intended for works to commence onsite on at the start of March 2020.
Renewal: Initial two year contact with the option to extent by another one or two years.
