Lot 1
A negotiated procedure with Scheidt and Bachmann Gmbh was deemed the only possible route as nobody else is able to provide the spares to the system and hold the servers and intellectual property. Some of the components are bespoke design for SPT and it would not be appropriate to lot to ensure consistency of product and for trace ability of any future product failures.. Scheidt and Bachmann Gmbh are responsible for all spares. There is a break clause at year 3.
