Bield Housing and Care are seeking to contract with a suitable resourced and experienced contractor to undertake asbestos survey inspections and sampling services at individual properties including communal areas at various Schemes throughout Scotland.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: Option to increase the contract if further properties are procured by the Association.

Renewal: For any variable period up to a maximum of 36 months.
