Notice Description
Extension to the main school building to provide additional nursery capacity in line with the Early Years Programme of works. The nursery will see an increase to the number of places it can offer. The works also include adaption of mechanical ventilation system, heating and lighting.

Lot 1
Procurement was a call off from the SPA community and buildings framework in which there is only 1 contractor for Lot 1 - 2million GBP. This is therefore the reason there is no quality assessment and is awarded on the price however the process is open book accounting in terms of the price provided with all tender figures being net profit & overheads and sub-contractor tendering is provided by the main contractor to demonstrate best value practise has been followed. Hadden Group as part of the framework process underwent a rigorous quality assessment.
