East Lothian Council intends to appoint a supplier to provide consultancy Services for a commercial needs study including retail & leisure, employment and visitor accommodation within East Lothian, including a new town.This tender process is a two stage process with the first stage consisting of a selection stage based on the ESPD.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
