Notice Description
To appoint an insurer / insurance broker to provide services of suitable and adequate insurance cover provision for the Group, in relation to Property/Material Damage, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Professional Indemnity, Trustees Liability, Business Interruption, Personal Accident Insurance, Money, Fidelity Guarantees and Motor Vehicles insurance.

This contract is for the provision of an insurer / insurance broker to provide services suitable and adequate insurance cover provision for the Group, in relation to Property/Material Damage, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Professional Indemnity, Trustees Liability, Business Interruption, Personal Accident Insurance, Money, Fidelity Guarantees and Motor Vehicles insurance. Atrium proposes that the contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend on an annual basis, subject to performance, for up to a further 2 years. If the successful bidder does not perform to Atrium's requirements, the contract may not continue after the first year.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Option to extend for a further 2 years.
