Immigration Services Framework
Notice Description
This service will provide immigration advice for Scottish Enterprise employees and potential employees on ex pat and overseas short-term assignments contracts. It is anticipated that the framework will be awarded for a period of 3 years plus option to extend for an additional 12 months. The services which will be required under the framework to be awarded will vary from country to country, depending on local requirements, and may include advice on policy matters for long and short-term overseas postings, advice regarding visas and work permits required for each specific country, advice on the immigration status of employees and their families.

Tender for the new Immigration Services framework agreement - due to start from 1 May 2020. This service will provide immigration advice for Scottish Enterprise employees and potential employees on ex pat and overseas short-term assignments contracts. It is anticipated that the framework will be awarded for a period of 3 years plus option to extend for an additional 12 months. Renewal: framework will be awarded for an initial 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months if required
