Granton Sq Edinburgh Replace 2 ACV heatmaster heating and hot water units Remove existing flues Alter existing pipework to suit new installation Install new flues note to be done in conjunction with roof repairs scaffolding will be erected by roofer Option to replace like for units or to replace with two 100kw boilers and hot water heat exchanger Recommission system. site visits must be arranged
Drumshoreland houseDrumshoreland house Broxburn Both boilers are oil fired fed from a central tank. Not an option for lpg or natural gas. Boiler room 1 Remove 2 oiled fired Hammworthy oil fired boilers and flues Replace with 2 oiled fired condensing boilers 100KW Replace flues Alter pipework as required Recommission Boiler room 2 As above but install additional forced fresh air ventilation to boiler room to meet compliance. site visit must be arranged

Gilbertfield Ground Source Heat PumpGilbertfield NIBE F1330 ground source heat pump was installed 5 years ago to heat an extension. Rodent infestation resulted in the plastic radiator piping to be damaged. The unit has not run since then. 1. Assess condition of pipework to ascertain condition and whether it can be repaired or needs replaced . Cost for replacement 2. Recommission the heat pump. site visit required
