Notice Description
To deliver funded early learning and childcare provision within Perth and Kinross for all 3 and 4 year olds, and eligible 2 year olds. Enabling parental choice when accessing their child's funding entitlement either in public, private or third sector, or childminder setting. THIS NOTICE IS TO ADVISE OF SUPPLIERS WHO HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE LIST OF PARTNER PROVIDERS FOR EARLY YEARS CHILDCARE. ANOTHER NOTICE WILL BE ISSUED TO ADVISE OF PROVIDERS WHO ARE AWARDED A CONTRACT.

Suppliers are invited to note an expression of interest on the PCS-Tender system. The system contains the ESPD to join the DPS process. Suppliers should search for the DPS functionality under the PQQ section in PCS-Tender. The ESPD title is 'Perth & Kinross Council - Early Learning & Childcare - Funded Hours' and the PQQ number is 4769. Perth & Kinross Council are using the DPS functionality on PCS-Tender to carry out this process.. The estimated contract value is the estimated value over the 10 year period based on the current annual value. Any contract awarded as a result of this process would be for an initial 36 month period.
