Notice Description

Dalmuir Park Housing Association Ltd intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three contractors for each lot for the design, supply and installation of new kitchens and associated works (Lot 1) and design, supply and installation of new bathrooms and consumer units and associated works (Lot 2) within its housing stock for a four year period commencing in April 2020. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework for each lot.

Replacement Bathrooms and Consumer Units (Lot 2)

Dalmuir Park Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for the design, supply and installation of new bathrooms and consumer units and associated works within its housing stock for a four year period commencing in April 2020. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is envisaged that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for the 44Nr properties detailed within the invitation to tender document and will be allocated to the bidder most competitive on price and quality overall, who will thereafter be designated as the "Preferred Contractor". Subsequent orders may be issued to Framework Contractors at the Associations discretion and may be subject to a mini-tendering competition. The bidders finishing in 2nd and 3rd place overall following the tender evaluation process shall be appointed to the Framework in these positions in a back up capacity in the event that the Preferred Contractor does not perfom to the required standards or have the capacity to complete works within the Clients timescale at any point over the course of the Framework Agreement. Should this situation arise, the client reserves the right to utilise the Other Framework Contractors to complete any non-performing Contractors work orders. Not withstanding the above, appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with any provider.

Subsequent orders may be issued to Framework Contractors at the Associations discretion and may be subject to a mini-tendering competition.
