External fabric surveys to 5 number Listed Buildings. To provide a datum point from which a plan of works will be created which considers health and safety issues of the failing fabric, options appraisals, leading to rectification and make good, safe while also retaining exiting features and replacing those that have deteriorated beyond repair. Assist with the development of work packages as identified within the survey. Ad-hoc architectural services by mutual agreement.
