Options: There may be occasions where cleaning services are required outwith the scope of this contract. Blackwood reserves the right to approach the successful tenderer to quote for such works as required.

Renewal: An additional 12 month extension to the initial 24 month contract will be available subject to satisfactory performance

West Lothian
