1 x Subject Matter Expert - Internal Audit based in either 220 High Street, Glasgow or Victoria Quay, EdinburghInitially you will work closely with Project Service Design teams focusing on preventative control measures and risk assessment of developing designs for our new Social Security Agency, working as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.This is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence our new service ensuring that dignity and respect are at the forefront of our design. As we progress from design activity into operational delivery you will become part of the counter fraud operational team, delivering the service you helped to shape.Specific Duties* Work with the Fraud Product Owner and Project Lead as part of a multi-discipline project team to develop and design ways of working and processes to meet the needs of users - applicants and recipients, policy and support organisations, and administrative staff* Define and get user buy-in for adoption of counter fraud measures.* Act as subject matter expert in designing new processes and ways of working with our internal/external partners supporting development of our Fraud training and guidance.* Understand the relationship between your specific fraud products and the overall delivery of the new social security agency, and its wider systems dependencies and processes* Communicate credibly with a wide range of disciplines internally - including policy, analysis, digital, communications, programme management - as well as external stakeholders
