Notice Description
The Service will consist of general responsive reactive repairs services and voids works to the housing stock and the itemised Geographical Lots as outlined and in the below breakdown of the individual Sub-Lots.
Lot Information
Lot 2 - Aberdeen South (with 11 individual Trades Sub-lot options)
Sub-Lot Lot 2 - Workstream 1 Multi Trade Works (Aberdeen South) - including (but not limited too) any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder & Plasterer works. 2 Joinery 3 Plumbing 4 Electrical 5 Painting 6 Plastering 7 Roofing 8 Builderworks 9 Drainage works including Jetting 10 Fencing 11 House Cleaning/ House Clearance / Garden Clearance. Renewal: The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at The Associations discretion.
