The Purchaser requires the Supplier to provide and install the Goods which meet the following essential features: Consist of a fully integrated video communication system that combines HD video, HD quality camera and wideband audio input and output within a full HD resolution display; Provide the ability to work over IP; Meet all Internet Protocol (IP) VC standards; Content display to far site with the option to activate/deactivate during session by the use of the remote control; Content can be displayed from computer/laptop, DVD or through the network; and Web-based management/monitoring.
