The Authority is seeking a Treasury Management Advisory service, tailored to meet their specific requirements, that includes the provision of specialist skills and resources to advise the Treasury Management Section: -in managing the Authority's loan debt and investment portfolio; -secure capital funding; and, -manage daily cash balances at a cost demonstrating value for money. .
