This is a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that the Wheatley Group wish to appoint to undertake a pilot for the development, design and deliver our required predictive analytics areas to be covered by this project: -Income Collection; -Tenancy Sustainment; -Tackling Homelessness linked to sustainment; -Exploring no-access within the repairs business; and -Predicting fire risks. This pilot is anticipated to take 6 months from appointment. It is considered that this approach is the most appropriate solution delivering best value while meeting the necessary requirements of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
