1 x Defect Analyst based in Victoria quay, EdinburghThere is a requirement for a Defect Analyst to work in a newly formed Testing Practice within a complex programme of change. Reporting to the Defect Manager, main activities are as follows:Ensure that defects found in testing are being raised with adequate information (as per process), categorised correctly and progressed through to closure. This is across a number of service streams.Work with the delivery teams to determine/document root cause of defects and feed output into continuous improvements process.Assess the defect management process for potential improvements and work with the Defect Manager to implement.
