The Trust requires a partner to manage the end to end process for a total workforce engagement survey to take place in August 2020, a follow up pulse survey in August 2021 and a full survey in August 2022. The end to end process should include the following: i) Pre-work required to design, set up, test and launch the survey by August 2020; ii) Governance of the survey and response rates; iii) Analysis and communication of the results, including benchmarking. iv) Training on the usage of technology used for governance of the survey and reporting.
