The Scottish Government implemented Oracle Financials, the Scottish Government Enterprise Accounting System (SEAS) as its finance system in 2001. The SG requires a Contractor to provide services under a "SEAS external software support agreement". This document specifies the SG's requirements for the provision of those services. The Support Agreement will cover both core and self-service application licences. The former are on a named user basis, while the latter are based on the annual number of transactions. The vast majority of SEAS functionality is standard, but there is some bespoke code. There are separate support agreements covering the hardware on which the system runs. There are also a number of third party applications used in conjunction with SEAS that are also covered by separate support agreements.

Options: There is an additional Option to extend the duration by 12 months
