Notice Description

The works comprise of the replacement of two existing Endoscopy Air Handling Units and Recovery/General areas Air Handling Units, Toilet Extract fan, along with the associated Steam/LTHW Non-Storage Calorifiers, Pumps, Heating and Chilled Water Pipework systems or part thereof, as specifically indicated/described within the Tender Documentation Package and the associated automatic controls that are required for a compliant installation, with new M&E Services plant and equipment, together with all necessary Testing, Commissioning, etc Works.

The works comprise of the replacement of two existing Endoscopy Air Handling Units and Recovery/General areas Air Handling Units, Toilet Extract fan, along with the associated Steam/LTHW Non-Storage Calorifiers, Pumps, Heating and Chilled Water Pipework systems or part thereof, as specifically indicated/described within the Tender Documentation Package and the associated automatic controls that are required for a compliant installation, with new M&E Services plant and equipment, together with all necessary Testing, Commissioning, etc Works and the final Setting to Work of all related systems ready for the client validation of the complete system, all fully in accordance with the requirements of SHTM 03-01, of which the contractor must be fully conversant with. The Works also include for the Stripping out and removal of all redundant M&E Services Plant and equipment that will become redundant as part of the works being carried out.
