Glasgow Kelvin College (GKC) and Glasgow Clyde College (GCC) are looking to appoint a Catering Service Contractor to provide necessary catering services across a number of their campuses. This specification has been sub-divided into 2 Lots. Lot 1 Catering Services for Glasgow Kelvin College Lot 2 Catering Services for Glasgow Clyde College
Lot Information
Lot 1 Provision of Catering Services for Glasgow Kelvin College
The Contractor shall provide an environmentally conscious catering service to GKC. The Contractor shall supply all necessary food, materials and consumables to undertake the tasks.. Commercial weightings are as follows: Financial Summary-45% Investment-5% Enhanced return-5% Overall Commercial Weighting-55%.
Renewal: 2 x 12 month extension periods
Lot 2 The Provision of a Catering Services for Glasgow Clyde CollegeThe Contractor shall provide Glasgow Clyde College (GKC) an environmentally conscious catering service embedding sustainability throughout operations and reducing environmental impact where possible. The Contractor shall supply all necessary food, materials and consumables to undertake the tasks.. Breakdown of technical weightings are detailed in the Inivitation to Tender documentation. The Commercial weighting is broken down as follows: Financial Summary-55% Investment-10% Enhanced return-5% Overall Commercial Weighting-70%.
