NHS Ayrshire & Arran will demolish the following properties on the site of Ailsa Hospital and require an Asbestos removal and Demolition Contractor to complete these works. - the Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit (IPCU) Building - Lochranza Ward - Iona/ Lewis and Jura Wards (all buildings linked) and associated boilerhouse/ plantroom.

All demolition work will be carried out as per BS6187: 2011 - "Code of Practice for Full and Partial Demolitions".
