LHC is currently planning a procurement of a framework to replace our existing communal entrance doorsets framework and also our dwelling entrance doorsets framework and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations to enable LHC to enter into discussions and gather feedback from the market about our plans from the upcoming procurement as part of our early market engagement activities. The scope of the re-procurement will be to replace our popular door replacement frameworks and will cover the design, supply and installation of: Communal entrance doorsets including supply and installation of door/access control system and cyclical maintenance/service. Commercial entrance (such as roller shutters & security doors) Individual dwelling entrance doorsets in a range of materials both for carcass and facings and in a range of styles to be suitable for use on external street entrances as well as entrances from shared corridors and for service facilities. This will include the provision of fire resistant doorsets to FD30(S) and FD60(S).
