Design, Supply and Installation of Roofing and Associated Works
Notice Description
LHC is currently planning a procurement of a framework to replace our existing pitched roofing framework and also our flat roofing framework and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations (both manufacturers and installers of roofing systems) to enable LHC to enter into discussions and gather feedback from the market about our plans from the upcoming procurement as part of our early market engagement activities. The scope of the re-procurement will be to replace our popular roofing replacement frameworks and will cover the design, supply, removal of old and installation of both flat and pitched roofing systems and associated works, as well as flat to pitch roof conversions and associated specialised building works. As part of this call for market participation we are looking to engage with both roofing manufacturers and contractors / installers to help inform us in our development of the future framework.

Due to the current Covid 19 lockdown restrictions we aim to carry out further engagement with interested parties via phone, email and other virtual conference facilities available. Depending on the progression of the Covid 19 restrictions we may in due course also seek to hold regional face to face meetings as well.
