Information provided in response to the RFI will be used in the development of the procurement strategy(s) and determining the scope, ensuring that any procurement route subsequently selected is attractive to the market place and provide a competitive tendering environment for the delivery of the requirement. No single response will define the procurement strategy in totality, responses will however be used to inform the approach to market. It is the sole discretion of the Library to use or disregard information, comments etc. provided in respect of any response and or future correspondence when compiling tender documentation.
