Completing the Tender Documents: Tender Capability. Complete sections 6-11&14 and attach your: financial information [8 (a)-(c)]; projects list [11(a)] and 3 client references [11(b)]. Tender Quality. Complete section 12, questions (a)-(f), within the confines as stated. Tender Pricing. Price breakdown and total to be inserted in the tender schedule at section 13. Prices stated are to exclude VAT and be fixed for the period 2020-21 Tender Evaluation: will comprise the tender sum from section 13 and your quality score from section 12 of the tender document. If the candidate fails a capability threshold question (sections 6-11 and 14) then the tender will be set aside and scored as nil. For those who pass the thresholds, the criteria for scoring will be to reach a total percentage score as follows: Price (tender) section 13- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. Quality- in accordance with the criteria and marks stated at section 12, converted to a percentage prior to weighting. The candidate may also be invited to demonstrate the model in person, at the Association's offices, which is a requirement of the quality assessment.. Renewal: The contract period is for the initial period to 31st March 2021, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2025
