This is also in line with the Scottish Procurement Policy Note SPPN 4/2020 20 March 2020: PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK. This contract is required to ensure the University Portfolio is operating safely and in full compliance to all regulatory requirements throughout the estate.
