Notice Description
Appointment of a sole supplier to provide a comprehensive servicing, maintenance and reactive works for steam generators located across the campus buildings in keeping with University and Home Office Regulations.It is essential that all parts and components shall be sourced from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This is to ensure compatibility and meet the University Engineering Guidelines.

Lot 1
Under Regulation Reg 6(1)(b)(ii) of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016, a contracting authority may award a contract without competition if competition is absent for technical reasons. This is a one year contract with the option to extend a further 24 months. The contract value, including extensions is based on a fixed PPM annual cost and estimated cost for emergency remedial repairs.
