This contract will ensure the University can provide increased security and privacy controls for its users of Zoom. The necessity and urgency of this procurement have come about due to Covid-19 and the rise in usage of uncontrolled, locally managed free or personal consumer versions of Zoom. This is a Call-off from the Scottish Government Single-Supplier Software Value Added Re-seller (VAR) Framework NP5016/17.. This contract is firm for 1 year with two additional 1-year extension options. The contract value has been calculated based on all extension options being used.
