Notice Description
The School of Physics and Astronomy is seeking to enhance its research and teaching activity through the acquisition of a new complete electrical characterisation equipment suite for the thin film solar cells, single carrier devices and MIS devices. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to achieve best value for money in the supply the goods specified. The equipment should be capable of all in one go automatic complete electrical characterization thin film solar cells, especially perovskite solar cells. Through these measurements the equipment should be capable to obtain both the device performance parameters and the material properties in one go measurement.
