Lot 1

Linthouse Housing Association seek to appoint an external auditor to carry out the annual audit and associated services. Other services may be required during the duration of the contract. The contract is for a period of up to 5 years, with the possibility of a further 2 years extension to the audit contract commencing financial year beginning 1 April 2020. However, this will be subject to review by the management committee and, ultimately, the association's members at the annual general meeting .

Renewal: Possibility of optional extension of 2 years, at end of initial 5 year contract , subject to an annual review of performance.
