Multi Trade Reactive Repairs to approximately 3000 tenanted properties in the Maryhill area of Glasgow-interim contract to 31/03/21
Procurement Information
Maryhill Housing Association's current contract was due to expire on 31 March 2021 and the Association had commenced a new procurement exercise. However the Association's existing Service Provider issued a 13 week termination notice in April 2020-the existing contract will now terminate on 15 July 2020.Given the Associations requirement to provide continuous services beyond this date there was insufficient time to conduct a full OJEU tender process,appoint a new provider,TUPE transfer existing employees and establish the required IT interfaces
