Tendering for a main contractor for the extension, alteration and refurbishment of 2no existing retail units to form 2 no. new units or 2 no. one bed social housing flats. Existing flats above the retail units to be altered and refurbished to provide 3 no. studio flats on the first floor and 1no two bed flat in the attic level. Construction of 6 no new build flats to provide 3 no. one bed and 3 no. two bed flats. New build flats to be designed and built to ate least Passive House Classic Level certification. Associated landscaping and car parking will also be provided.
