Please note that this contract award was a Direct Award under The Police ICT Company Framework: Systems to Manage Specialist Police Competencies and Assets (BLPD Ref: 34494). As this was a direct award, there was no award criteria for this call-off contract, and so the award criteria referenced above was that used by the Framework Owner when they appointed suppliers onto the original Framework.
